Quotes and orders
Prices shown in our instant-quote tool are indicative previews based on the quantity, options, and currency you select. A quote becomes binding only once we confirm stock and artwork and you approve the final order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logo, design, or artwork you upload. By submitting artwork you confirm you hold the necessary rights and licences. Production proceeds only after you approve the on-product mockup.
Payment
Orders may be paid by card or bank transfer against your saved quote reference. Title to goods passes on full payment. Applicable taxes and duties are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in the quote.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Hong Kong / Singapore · confirm], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Order changes
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur costs.
4. Shipping & Delivery
The delivery date shown in your quote is our committed estimate based on the selected quantity and options. Lead times begin once artwork is approved and payment terms are met.

- Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address.
- If a delivery date is at risk, we will tell you as early as possible and agree a way forward.
